Welcome to our online tenant referencing portal. If you wish to proceed with purchasing a reference for a tenant, you will shortly be asked to fill out our online payment form and tenant vetting application form.

What you'll need

  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your credit/debit card details
  • The prospective tenant's name
  • The prospective tenant's email address
  • At least one contact phone number for the prospective tenant
  • The rental property address
  • Monthly rental amount (£)
  • The tenancy term (i.e. 6 or 12 months)

Our referencing process

Agent/Landlord pays online

Agent/Landlord completes the online tenant vetting application form

Tenant is emailed a link to an online application form

Tenant completes application form and digital identity checks

Application is processed by us

Once complete, the final reference report is generated

The reference report is emailed to the Agent/Landlord

What your tenant will need

Please inform your prospective tenant that they'll need some or all of the following details to hand to complete their application form:

  • Photographic proof of identity (i.e. valid photo driving licence or passport)
  • Proof of income details (e.g. salary details, P60 or pension statement etc.)
  • • If employed: Employer contact details (i.e. company name, contact name, phone number and email address)
  • • If self employed with accountant: Accountant contact details (i.e. company name, contact name, phone number and email address)
  • • If self employed without accountant: Tax return or P60
  • • If not in full or part time employment: Documentary proof of income (e.g. pension or benefits statement)
  • Contact details of any landlords or letting agents that they've rented property from in the last three years
  • Addresses of all the properties that they've lived at during the last three years

Processing time

Due to the need for us to request and obtain references from third parties, please allow at least three working days for us to process your application and generate the reference report. Once the reference report has been completed, it will be emailed to you at the email address that you specify on the following page. In the interim, you'll be sent an email containing a link to a status page which will provide you with up to the minute information on the status of your application.
